Freehold Commons

ARCHITECT

 Daniel Krief, R.A.
LOCATION

 New Jersey
PROJECT TYPE

 Affordable Housing Competition

PROJECT DETAILS

Freehold Commons was designed by DKA to answer the Township's Mt. Laurel mandate to build a minimum of 385 one and two level rental homes on the designated site. Designed as attached units but with the use of angles and lowered gabled roofs, these models speak of a single-family home with the tradition of living in privacy. Using affordability with quality" as its watchword, DKA provided distinctive exteriors and functional, standard yet innovative interiors meeting the Township's desire for the best housing available at the lowest cost.
