DKA conceived a central core atrium and three wings to maximize the number of rooms with a view while housing a restaurant, shopping mall and convention center. This 350 room hotel is expandable to 700 rooms through the use of additional wings. The outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, restaurant, tennis courts and horse back riding trail.
